A gentle 40‑minute introduction in Killay, Swansea to the basics, simple steps, coordination, and confidence building movement in a completely no pressure, welcoming space.

No experience needed. No judgement. Just a chance to move, learn, and enjoy something new in Swansea.

You are welcome to wear comfortable clothing, with either ballet shoes or socks/barefoot.
